Last weekend I invited my English teacher Mr Leigh to my home for dinner.This is a mazing thing for me.
My major is not English so I have no chance to know foreigners.But I'm very interest in foreign cultures .I like Einglish songs. English films English books and always dreaming that one day I can go aboard to have a travel, making many many friends from different countries.
This is my first foreign teacher who came from Ireland.He is pretty tall maybe 190cm or more if I talk to him I should put up my head . He went to our school last year ,before this term we were strangers. Of course he also didn't know me but I heard something about him form my friends and also care about him before.because he was so different .He from different country with a different looking and also a so tall boy that he far away form you you also can catch his slight easily.
I should thank for my school giving me the chance to know him .This term he is our elective course teacher.At the begining of the class I was a little nervous to talk to him .Remember that the most words I said were Yes or No though I have a short reading everyday to prepare my oral English.In the right time I hardly say anything .It seems that everybody like me were too nerverous to talk to him .So the first class the teacher and us were all embarrassed.
Maybe till the third class I get used to talk to him but the chances are also very limit because I always think the topic are so boring that I don't want to go on with them.but the boy is always jaw-jaw I can't cut the conversation cause it is impolite.I think most of girls are agree with me especially Amy(one of my good friends).I am very want to invite Leigh to my home .So we can have the private conversation we can know the further to each other .Different from class the conversation will be more freely and confortable.
I was a little shy to tell him my thought and also worried about that maybe he would refuse me but unexpectedly he consent to me nicely.
