Webcam + Shoutcast + Laz = job done!

Finding a shoutcast stream that'll let you stream video might be an interesting one, if they aren't bandwidth police, it'll be cool though.

The pain in the ass thing with shoutcast video streaming, is that it's a complete ass to embed into a webpage (unlike windows media for e.g).

Let us know when you have something fixed up. Would be great to watch/hear.
