I think that In Your Ice is the best tune I have ever made. The reason is its melody and its overall mood. And its name, which actually should be "in you eyes".
How the melody was born, is kinda funny story. It was just an accident. My fingers on the keyboard were quicker than my brain. I happened to delete some wrong notes off the main melody when I worked with my music composition software. So I made a big mistake but fortunately it was a good mistake because it actually sounded really good
The first version of In Your Ice came out in autumn 2004. I made a couple remixes, the latest remix was 'progressive mix' and came out in August 2005.
Finally I've finished the fourth of fifth remix of that tune. Here it is available for download. Enjoy
Developing Windows Vista took many years and now they have finished their awesome job. But what is the result of all this work? A totally renewed Windows system that has
lots of new features (such as photo album)
desktop gadgets (widgets)
very useful search functions
new look (eye-candy)
In other words, everything that you would have had if you had bought Mac OSX in 2003.
I cannot believe my eyes/ears. First Microsoft says that using Linux is illegal because it is stealing Microsoft's patents. But then Microsoft steals features from its competitor Apple's Mac OSX and represents the system as their own product! Shame on Microsoft!
If you don't know what I mean then check out this video clip (thanks to Jason Green for the link)

Explaining this very briefly. There was an interesting and important argument going on on the court, the RIAA against an individual. However, the case was dismissed because the evidence was insufficient. RIAA didn't provide any acts, dates or times of the copyright infringement which are required by the law.
If the music industry had won the case the result would have been this: if you put any file available on the net, you're doing a copyright infringement.

Okay this is already an old piece of news but I couldn't resist posting it here.
McDonald's wants to patent the method of how a sandwich is made!
Quote:
The 55-page patent, which has been filed in the US and Europe, covers the 'simultaneous toasting of a bread component'.
55 pages patent oh goddam... doesn't they really have anything else to do than writing fifty-five pages of bullsh*t about sandwiches. Okay, not everybody has life

McDonald's said: 'These applications are not intended to prevent anyone from using previous methods for making sandwiches.'
Thank gods, I couldn't stand paying any extra copyright fees for making my own delicious sandwiches
I couldn't resist writing this... Today I got very disappointed when I read the sad fact about Welsh Dragon Sausages. They will have to be renamed because they don't actually contain dragon! I wonder how many consumers will be disappointed after they have heard this.
Once they have renamed the product, no confusion among consumers will occur anymore

Decided to check out what my spam folder includes today and found an interesting spam message that seemed to come from myspace but actually had nothing to do with myspace though. Absolutely nothing.
So be careful and do not visit the mp3-site if you got the same message.
The good thing is that I installed a new version of the popular web browser Firefox and found that its anti-phising system works pretty well. It didn't allow me even visit the address of the spam message. That makes a computer nerd such as me feel like I'm the boss lol.
So, last time I wrote about spam emails, this time I did the same, damn how interesting they actually are. Til' the next time lol

I'd be interested in knowing how it sounds. It's a long time since I mastered my own tracks but this time I decided to do the mastering work by myself. I'm a total n00b in mastering so, what do you think?
Have fun! Hope you enjoy
PS. Big thanks to Dj Spread for giving this track a name
